By booking an appointment, you are acknowledging that you have fully read & agree with all of crybabybeauty’s policies. For your peace of mind and mine- I apply the same policies to myself! If I have to cancel your appointment for any reason, you will receive a discounted service. _____________ Booking Fees + Cancellation / Reschedule Policies: Booking Fee A booking fee is required at the time of scheduling to reserve your appointment. This fee is applied toward your total when your service is completed. Booking fees are non-refundable for any reason. No exceptions. _____________ Rescheduling (more than 72 hours notice) If you need to reschedule more than 72 hours before your appointment: • Your booking fee remains non-refundable • Your booking fee may be transferred one (1) time to a new date • Each booking fee allows one reschedule only • Your new appointment must be scheduled based on my next availability For cosmetic tattoo (PMU) services: rescheduling outside recommended timing guidelines may require additional costs and/or adjustments. Repeated rescheduling may result in refusal of future bookings. ______________ Cancelling or rescheduling within 72 hours Cancellations or reschedules made within 72 hours of your appointment will result in: • forfeiture of the booking fee • an additional charge of 25% of the service total • a new booking fee required for any future booking No exceptions. ⸻ Same-day cancellations / same-day reschedules / no-shows Same-day cancellations, same-day reschedules, or failure to show will result in: • forfeiture of the booking fee • an additional charge of 50% of the service total No-shows may be refused from future booking. No exceptions. _______________ Previous cosmetic tattoo work (PMU) If you have any previous cosmetic tattoo work, you must receive approval before booking. If you arrive with unapproved previous work and your appointment cannot be completed, the following will apply: • forfeiture of the booking fee • an additional charge of 25% of the service total Please note: photos are helpful, but do not guarantee the service can be performed until I assess you in person. No exceptions. _______________ Illness policy: For the safety of all clients and myself, please reschedule if you are sick or experiencing symptoms of any kind. If you arrive sick, your appointment will be cancelled and the following will apply: • forfeiture of the booking fee • an additional charge of 50% of the service total • you may be refused from future booking Masks are required for all appointments, as I am in close proximity to your face for an extended period of time. No exceptions. _______________ Peace of Mind Policy: Your happiness and confidence matter deeply to me. Because services are customized and time-reserved just for you, all services are non-refundable. If refinement is ever needed, it will always be handled with care and intention. I will take care of it with gentle solutions — whether that means a small adjustment, redo (when safe), or a little love toward a future visit. Results can vary based on hair type, skin, and aftercare, but you should leave feeling comfortable, cared for and confident.
